Introduction
Amplify, it is vital for us to get to know our clients. We insist on having an introductory meeting with all clients, existing or potential, whether in person or over the phone. It is important that we familiarize ourselves with the overall picture of the business’ desired goal(s).
Process Launch
Here is where we get into the nitty-gritty. We verify information gathered during the introduction process and take it one step further; we start to drill into the details of what it is going to take to complete the project at hand. An Estimate of Work is provided and needs to be approved before work could commence.
Rough Drafts
Within seven days or less a rough copy of colors and/or ideas we have created will be provided. Amplify will submit two to three different conceptual ideas to choose from.
Design Approval
Creatives or designs will be sent via email in PDF format for your ongoing approval. This is the most common and easy way to deliver your rough drafts. Each draft will include a Proof Approval Form to ensure timelines and required changes are accounted for.
Final Design
After minor corrections have been completed, a final copy of the work created is sent for review. A signed copy of the Proof Approval Form is required before print production is submitted and/or final output of website. Please look over final drafts carefully. Any corrections made after production will access additional charges. Always make sure phone numbers are listed accurately and names are spelled correctly.
Deliverances
Amplify, Inc. will deliver or mail products after completion. An invoice will be sent by email or regular mail within seven days prior to delivery. Payment is due promptly upon receipt.
